Easy Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Since i just started this blog today, (i have other blogs but i think i'll stick with this one :D ) I'll be posting previous events here. :)

This week, the inner chef in me became so active. I don't know if this is related to my pregnancy hormones changing every now and then :)) So last sunday, I wanted to do some baked macaroni and cheese. And so i tried.. my first time! :)

What you need:


  • 200mg Elbow Macaroni
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. All purpose flour
  • 1 Can Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Cups Grated Quickmelt Cheese
  • 1/2 Tsp. salt
  • 1/2 Tsp. ground pepper
What to do?

  1. Prepare pasta according to instructions. Set aside. 
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk in flour until smooth, stir constantly.  
  3. Gradually whisk in milk about 5 minutes or until thickened. 
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in salt and pepper. 
  5. Add 1 cup grated cheese, and cooked pasta. 
  6. Spoon pasta mixture into a lightly greased baking dish. Top with remaining 1 cup of cheese. 
  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand in 10 minutes before serving. 
  8. Enjoy! :)
